I know firsthand what it is to feel like I lost everything, including my artistic abilities, due to addiction, self-destructive behaviors, and a mental disorder. I also know the power of overcoming these challenges and regaining the skills that allow me to express my creativity with authenticity. Getting professional medical treatment and getting sober was just the beginning for me. True recovery meant recovering the person, the artist, that I was born to be. I became a coach to help others set aside their self-destructive beliefs and utilize all of the tools available to them so that they too can begin to thrive in their success.
